Jacinta is a passionate advocate for progressive prison policy reform related to incarcerated parents and children, and the impact campaign is framed around Jacinta’s own ongoing work to promote understanding of the profound impact of generational incarceration and addiction on women and children. With Jacinta at the helm, the impact campaign seeks to disrupt the status quo that perpetuates intergenerational incarceration resulting from laws, policies and practices that separate incarcerated mothers and their children.
